Terms and Conditions:

1. For Both sides: These terms govern all China Tour Products including China Tour Package, China Single City Tours, China Hotels Reservations, Airport Transfers, China air tickets and train tickets bookings ect. booked with www.Chinapleasuretour.com, Short as CPT, All correspondence should be addressed to You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.

2. For Settle Booking & Confirmation: Any China Tour Products booking made or ordered by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant tour products subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Cpt shall come into existence until CPT issues a formal confirmation and travel voucher by email or fax address that they have confirmed your booking. Payment in full or 40% pre-payment is required at the time of confirm your China Tour Products, You could pay by PayPal or Western Union or Wire Transfer for you fully or 40% prepayment. The rest of the payment you could pay on the spot when you arrived the city and when the tour starts.

3. For Reserve Tour & Prepayment: The reservation will be settled formally when 40% prepayment is received, and the 40% is non-fundable if you cancel the tour after the cancellation dead-line which is 30 days. If prepayment has not been made after 48 hours of the time when tour price and itinerary have been given to you, the price will be no more in efficient. After you transferred the prepayment, we will inform you the final confirmation and tour voucher in 2 days (48 hours).

4. For Balance Payment: once the tour prepayment have been received and the tour have been confirmed, you could pay the balance by PayPal before your trip, we will give you 4% discount by encourage online fully payment or you could still pay the rest on spot. 

5. For Late Booking: If you booking China Tour Products within 2 days before your departure, we can’t not give you the guarantee about the China Tour Products, but we will try best. If we can’t confirm the China Tour Products you requested, we will refund your prepayment or full payment within 48 hours.

7. For date change  & cancellation made: when clients get confirmation of China Tour Products but clients want to cancel the tour, the 40% of fully payment can not be refund if you cancel late than one month.
